After being sentenced at the court Hartley (Oscar Kraus) finds himself in front of the birching table, where he is ordered to strip and then mount the table to receive his punishment a good long birching.
And due to his insolent behaviour in front of the judge no less he is also required to go over the knee for a damn good spanking to ensure he knows that it is not acceptable and must now suffer the consequences.
