Mike Cross and Rusty are the “tops” in this video. Both of these guys are more muscular and a little older than the slender, boyish cadets they are spanking. It is a shame that this video could not have incorporated a scene in which Mike Cross and Rusty are spanked by their superior officers for being too severe in their disciplinary methods.
