When you work for someone else, it is always a good idea to make a good as an impression as possible. Robertson (Ryan Conway) failed to do this in so many ways, and the final straw for his boss (Marco) was when he failed to show up for an important meeting with the essential paperwork to secure a new contract.
Arriving at the office, Robertson is given a clear warning and a choice on whether he wishes to keep his employment, which of course he does but this entails a punishment starting with a good caning.

Chips explains to him: ‘You will need discipline from your men – so you need to know what discipline is”. I would say that the same goes for Ryan. Might I make one small suggestion that I hope will enhance the experience of the viewer and maybe kindle some memories? Marco tells Ryan to ‘Bend over the table’ as indeed Ryan commands Enzo in ‘Discipline USA 23’. The item of furniture in both cases is unquestionably a desk. The command heard by thousands of schoolboys down the years around the English-speaking world to ‘Bend over the desk!’ was one that struck fearful and tearful anticipation into many hearts as black-or-grey-trousered lads assumed the position favoured by many educators of wayward youth for the receiving of corporal punishment! Bruce, is it possible to pass on the suggestion to the team that that classic wording might be used in over-the-desk scenarios, especially school ones, please? I hope this doesn’t sound like a criticism – I am just thinking that those are words that will add a further note of authenticity to Sting’s wonderful scenarios.
I agree with Ethan about Ryan and Finn – they are a combination that work brilliantly. To see Ryan disciplining Finn again in a naughty schoolboy scenario, with Finn in his short shorts being ordered to ‘Bend over the desk!’ would just be the cat’s ass!
