I do apologise Laurence, I meant to reply to you, but I got distracted. Sting do have Jockstraps in the costume department, and Darren memorably wore one in “Smoking Stings” however, apart from that they don’t appear very often. This is possibly because so many Sting stories are set in the Britain of the 1950’s and 60’s, where, unlike in America, jockstraps were rarely worn.
I have found that among gay adult film fans, jockstraps are like Marmite, some love them, and others hate them. Personally, I don’t mind either way, but agree they do frame th target zone quite nicely.
Sting also shoot a lot of modern settings and sport settings. A lot of athletes wear jock straps, and its not uncommon for the youth of today to wear them. From your reply it sounds like it isnt something Sting want to incorporate into the scenes. A pity as it would a lot hotter than some of the dowdy underwear some of the lads wear and I for one would buy any scenes with jockstraps. A well known site that I am a member of recently shot some gay porn scenes with jockstraps and the members loved it.

Interesting but I am so glad that Sting do not make the models wear Jockstraps and in all it’s a rarity that I’m glad we don’t see often. I personally don’t agree they are not nice to look at I don’t know why anyone would want to see two pieces of material run across the back of somebody’s bottom not only that but they block any chance of seeing any shots of the guys cock and balls during a spanking and I like to see a lot of ballcocks 🤭 when I’m watching a spanking film.
