The training of young military cadets continues in the famous 12th Cavalry Regiment. Its time again for tests of elementary training and most of the soldiers are buckling down, studying to pass. Several cadets however haven’t been doing their homework and consequently are getting very low grades in their TOETs*.
Several soon find themselves knocking on their training officers door to explain their shortcomings. One of these is Trooper Coleman (Tony Masters) who’s recent training reports are a disaster! It’s not the policy to show too many failures on a boys report so the lad is sent to change in to sports gear.
The tradition of spanking wayward cadets off record will again be used and Coleman is sure to receive a long hard whacking.

What I remember best from this video are the very red buttocks of both Tony Masters & Robbie Kasl, and their loud, demonstrative reactions to their spankings. Robbie Kasl also had a unique way of relieving his burning bum. It’s a pretty good video.
