Could I please ask aa question about Paul’s part of the film, as it’s not clear from the video or the stills? Does Paul get smacked on his underpants during the part where he is laid over Rob’s knee?

Paul (as Luke) gets spanked on the seat of his knee-length shorts, he is then told to take them, and his underpants down, and spanked on his bare bottom.
So, no, he is not spanked directly on the seat of his underpants in this film.
Joey Whyte, however, is spanked in a very fetching pair of purple tartan underpants.
I’m not a twink fan, so I won’t comment on Paul Wolfe’s performance.
Joey Whyte had on an interesting pair of tartan briefs. However, Joey’s reaction to his punishment was just a little too stoic for my taste. I also wish that Rich had spanked Joey on his briefs much longer, and that Rich had pulled Joey’s briefs down rather than instructing Joey to stand up and pull his briefs down himself.
